Message	I'm going to assume your car is an auto. You likely wouldn't be able to turn the crank manually while in park. :-) But if you can't turn the crank while the transmission is in neutral, you've got a problem. You should be able to turn it while it is in gear too. (I'm assuming the rear wheels are in the air and able to move freely.)
